We’ve released two features that bring increased functionality and control in Beamery.
You can now set a specific name for each verified email, so your colleagues can continue conversations with candidates if you’re tied up or away, personalised with their name and email address.
Recipes are a powerful way to automate workflows. With this update, you can automatically add global tags to contacts as an action.
Email From Name
To send an email campaign from Beamery, you need to add an email address into your Settings and you can add multiple email addresses. Previously, when sending a campaign, your name would always appear as the person who sent it(in the recipient’s inbox), no matter which email address you selected.
We realised this was inflexible. So with our latest update, you can now select a different name for each email you add into Settings. You’ll now see a new‘Email From Name’ field next to each‘Verified Email’(as per the image below). It even works without email whitelabelling.
EMAIL FROM NAME: 'Beamery Careers' | VERIFIED EMAIL: email@example.com*
*campaigns sent from firstname.lastname@example.org will appear in the recipient's inbox as from 'Beamery Careers' and not your name
Global Tags as Action in Recipes
Global tags allow you to adopt consistent tagging across candidates in your database. When you create recipes, you can now easily add tags by selecting Global Tags from the dropdown in Action, and choosing the global tag you wish to use.
